In July 2016, Volkswagen agreed to settle a class action lawsuit filed against the company on behalf of owners of VW and Audi 2.0-liter diesel vehicles that were involved in the company’s emissions cheating.
Owners of Volkswagen or Audi vehicles with a 2.0-liter engine that were included in the VW class action settlement may wish to view the following important documents related to the settlement:
- Consumer Class Action Settlement Agreement and Release (Amended) (PDF): A complete copy of the settlement documents related to the proposed VW settlement agreement, along with attachments.
- Amended Order Granting Preliminary Approval of Settlement (PDF): The order from the judge overseeing the Dieselgate litigation regarding the proposed settlement.
- Eligible Seller Identification Form (PDF): VW and Audi 2.0-liter TDI diesel vehicle owners can use this form to identify themselves as potential Eligible Sellers in the VW class action settlement, or by registering at the Online Claims Portal at www.VWCourtSettlement.com.
