We currently represent several hundred clients who have developed ovarian cancer from use of talcum powder. We also currently represent several thousand clients who have developed lymphoma from their use of the weed killer Roundup. Our current representation likewise include representation of several hundred clients who have developed Parkinson’s disease from their use of the herbicide Paraquat.

Furthermore, our firm previously represented several hundred families who lost loved ones due to defective fentanyl patches, achieving over a hundred millions in settlements and verdicts. The jury verdicts our firm obtained for clients included a $16.5 million verdict in Chicago and a $5.5 million verdict in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Yet another example of our firm representing clients in mass torts has been table saw injuries. Our firm represented several hundred clients who were severely injured in table saw accidents which could have been prevented if the saw manufacturers had incorporated a safety feature – flesh detection – which detects when the blade comes in contact with human skin.
