City of Brownsville v. AEP Texas Central Company, No. 05-09-00808-CV, in the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Judicial District at Dallas, Texas. Obtained reversal of judgment rendered on behalf of electric power company dismissing city’s breach of contract claims arising out of sale of power plant.

Crossley v. Staley, Cause No. 07-98-0060, in the Fort Worth Court of Appeals. Argued appeal to Fort Worth Court of Appeals in case involving the enforceability of a settlement agreement in an estate proceeding.

DiCosolo v. Janssen, et al., Case No. 09-3562, in the Illinois Appellate Court. Upheld $16.5M Plaintiff’s verdict against pharmaceutical company that was appealed to the Illinois Appellate Court and Illinois Supreme Court.

Fun Motors v. Gratty, Case No. 01-0773, in the Texas Supreme Court. Texas Supreme Court overturned plaintiff’s verdict against our client in case involving tortious interference in the sale of a business.

Hogue v. Columbia Medical Center of Las Colinas, Case No. 04-0575 in the Texas Supreme Court. Argued appeal to the Texas Supreme Court, which affirmed a multi-million verdict for our clients in a medical malpractice case.

Stewart v. City of Corsicana, Cause No. 10-06-00044-CV, in the Tenth Court of Appeals at Waco, Texas. Successful appeal to Waco Court of Appeals in accidental drowning case; court of appeals overturned the trial court’s dismissal of our case on plea to jurisdiction.

Conestoga Trust Services, LLC v. Focus Medical Underwriters, LLC, et al., Cause No. 14-20-00302-CV, in the Fourteenth Court of Appeals at Houston, Texas. Successful appeal in case alleging fraudulent life expectancy estimates.
